A. Our Cold & Sinus Eucalyptus butter should NOT be used on babies, infants, or children under the age of 4. Q. What is the shelf life of your body butters?
A. The shelf life is 12 months in temperate weather (avoiding direct sunlight). Refrigeration can extend the shelf life. We highly recommend using our butters over a period of 3-6 months.

Q. Do your products have any steroids or added fragrances?
A. Absolutely not. We purposely did NOT include any added fragrances. Our products contain absolutely NO steroids, mineral oils, petroleum, or added fragrances.

Q. Should I refrigerate my creams to preserve them?
A. Refrigeration can help extend the life of the butter . We recommend keeping the butter in a cool, dry area for the best preservation. Even without refrigeration, our butter can last up to 12 months.
Q. The butter arrived slightly melted. What should I do?
A. During transit, the butter may slightly melt or sweat. This does not impact the quality or usability of the butter. Simply let it cool at room temperature until it is fully solid again.
Q. The butter is making my skin feel oily/greasy? What can I do?
A. Our body butters are specially made to be highly concentrated with nourishing oils, vitamins, minerals, herbs, and powders. With that said, we truly believe in the phrase “less is more”. Simply apply a little less to your skin and see if that reduces the greasy feeling. Also, allow some time for the butter to dry. Rest assured we formulated this premium product to be extra-concentrated and highly effective.
Q. How should I apply the butter?
A. Use a clean hand to take a dime-sized amount into your fingers. Apply to your skin in soft, circular motions until covering the targeted areas of your skin.
Q. I used your product and developed a few bumps or pimples?
A. In these rare cases, we recommend stopping the use of our butter until these effects have subsided.

A. For orders placed in the USA, our standard shipping is currently 2-4 business days. For orders placed outside the USA, our standard international shipping is 4-14 business days, depending on the location.
