Returns (if applicable)
Returning your unused jars to us is greatly appreciated. If you choose to return your product back to us, we kindly ask that your item be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We will take care of the cost of shipping for your items being returned. In other words, return shipping is free! Simply email us at [email protected] with your return request for unwanted and unused jars, and we will send you the pre-paid return label.
Cancellations (if applicable)
If your order has not yet been fulfilled and sent to our shipping carrier for outbound shipment, then it is eligible for a no-fee cancellation.
